About the Deep Dives
This Deep Dive section offers a closer look at selected themes through specific research examples. Interdisciplinary Approaches to Music, Care and End-of-Life Research brings together a trilogy of creative and research-based works—and IMAGINE, a project developed within the Interprofessional Training Unit (TVEPS) at the University of Bergen. Though distinct in form and context, the projects are interconnected through their shared exploration of music, care, and understanding experiences of loss and end-of-life.
Together, they demonstrate how interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration can function within educational and professional settings, linking artistic research, interprofessional practice, and learning. Each project offers a different entry point into the theme, revealing how arts-based and collaborative methods can deepen understanding and foster connection across disciplines.
