Important information on equipment:

• Rooms are equipped with an HDMI projector, microphones and speakers. A technical assistant will also be available to help.
• Υou are encouraged to use your own laptop / tablet. Please remember to bring along any necessary adaptors for HDMI and minijack audio.
• As backup, or if you cannot bring a laptop / tablet, please bring a flash drive (USB stick) with your presentation and all accompanying media (video, audio etc)
• Please **arrive on time to check your connection to the projector / speakers (or to upload your presentation files) during the break before your session (**or, in case of early morning sessions, during the morning registration slot on the same day)
• While Wi-Fi is available throughout the museum premises, multiple connections might lead to weaker signal in the rooms. If you are planning on using online material (live websites or video / audio streaming), we strongly recommend downloading and using offline versions, wherever possible.
